Platform-native, not platform-retrofit.

A TVC cut down to 15 seconds for TikTok is a TVC that flopped twice. We plan the surfaces before we roll camera — which shots are vertical, which are square, which are the Reels hook, which is the 90-second hero. One production day produces a kit, not a single file.

That’s how a single shoot yields a hero film (60–90s), three to five platform cuts, 10–20 stills, three Reels, a TikTok series, and the stingers for OOH or dealer-screen loops. The cost-per-surface drops, and the brand gets to test variants instead of defending one hero.

It also means we write for the platform, not just for the brand. A TikTok opens differently from a Reel; a Short has a different arc from a LinkedIn video. We brief talent, director, and editor on those differences before the day, not after the first cut.

Can you cut one shoot into multiple platforms?

That's our default approach. One production day usually yields: a 60–90s hero film, 3–5 platform cuts (IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), 10–20 stills, and stingers for OOH or dealer screens.

Do you handle paid media or just creative?

Creative-led. We do paid media consultancy and can run spend with our partner team, but the strategic muscle we lead with is platform-native creative that performs — not just ads that run.
