EO + production, under one roof

Why that matters on show day.

Most event organizers in Jakarta are either strategy-and-coordination shops (that sub-contract everything) or production houses (that wait for the creative to arrive). We do both — so the people writing the run-of-show are also the ones standing behind the LED wall at load-in.

That changes what’s possible on show day. A late talent arrives, the run shifts: our director talks to our AV lead, not to a subcontractor one phone call away. A client flags a last-minute sponsor logo: we re-cut the opening graphics ourselves instead of waiting on a vendor.

It also changes the economics. When the same team owns scenography, build, and technical operation, the brand isn’t paying three markups — and we’re not billing for coordination meetings that exist because the supply chain is too long.

For the brand that means: one quote, one point of accountability, one war-room on show day. For us it means we’re responsible for the whole result, which is the only accountability that changes behaviour.

Timeline & scope

How early should you brief us?

500+ pax launch / festival

8–12 weeks ideal. Scope bands from IDR 450M upward, depending on talent, LED, and venue footprint.

50–200 pax corporate / dealer

4–6 weeks comfortable. Scope from IDR 120M for tight-room launches, more for multi-day or high-touch talent.

Pop-up / activation / mall drop

3–5 weeks typical. Scope from IDR 80M for one weekend, higher for multi-mall or multi-city rotations.

Faster is possible. We’ve turned around brand events in 14 days — but gear availability tightens and talent rate cards stiffen close to show date. The earlier the brief, the more options stay open.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you an event organizer (EO) or a production house?

Both — under one roof. We do EO work (run of show, talent, logistics, permits) and production (stage build, scenography, AV rig, LED, rigging). That's why we can own the whole result instead of managing a third-party crew.

What venues in Jakarta have you produced at?

JCC, JIEXPO Kemayoran, ICE BSD, The Hall Senayan City, Ballroom Ritz-Carlton, Plaza Indonesia, Senayan Park — plus outdoor activations at Sudirman, Kota Tua, and SCBD open spaces.

Can you handle events outside Jakarta?

Yes. We ship our rig and crew domestically (Bali, Surabaya, Medan, Balikpapan are routine) and coordinate imports when a brand needs specific gear that isn't in-country yet.

How early should we brief you for an event?

For a 500+ pax activation: 8–12 weeks. For a 50–200 pax event: 4–6 weeks. We've done faster — but the rig options narrow and crew gets pricier the closer to show date.
