Terms of Service.

These Terms govern your use of magnativ.id and the services delivered by PT Magna Kreativ Komunikasi (“Magnativ”, “we”, “us”). Specific project engagements are governed by a separate signed Statement of Work (“SOW”) or purchase order; these Terms fill the gaps.

1. Use of the website

You may browse magnativ.id for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to scrape, crawl, or reproduce the site’s content beyond normal browser use, and not to attempt to disrupt the site’s operation.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the website — writing, imagery, brand assets — is owned by Magnativ or its licensors and protected under Indonesian and international copyright law. Case study imagery may include client marks used with permission. Do not reuse without written consent.

3. Project work

For paid engagements, IP ownership, usage rights, and deliverables are defined in the SOW. Unless otherwise agreed: (a) final approved deliverables are licensed to the client for their intended purpose; (b) Magnativ retains the right to showcase the work in portfolio and marketing materials.

4. Payment

Payment terms for each engagement are stated in the SOW. Invoices are typically net 14 unless agreed otherwise. Overdue invoices may pause work without penalty to us.

5. Confidentiality

We keep client information confidential and expect the same regarding our pricing and process. Either party may disclose if legally required.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Magnativ’s total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party sites (group companies, clients, tools). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Jakarta, unless the SOW specifies arbitration.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
